On the lower level of the restaurant (in Hotel Gdansk) you will find the only mini brewery in North Poland, where 3 kinds of beer (olut) are brewed according to a very old tradition and with use of the most modern technology – Brovarnia Light Beer, Brovarnia Dark Beer and Brovarnia Wheat Beer. For their production we use solely water, high quality malt from barley and wheat, hop and yeast.
